Earlier this year my long dormant interest in photography was rekindled and I duly attened a course at stills. Naturally, I am yet to put any of these re-heated skills to use, for reasons.
Tomorrow we're off to a nice place for a week with my sister and her gang - a good opportunity to capture some shots, which can I can then print and gift. To do this, I'd need a camera, which as I mentioned previously, I got rid of a while ago. I've been keeping half an eye out for an AE-1, and the other half of an eye has been waiting for a glimpse of an Olympus Pen EE.
Both of which I used to own[1]. And now one of which I have re-acquired.
# Olympus Pen EE-3
The Pen EE-3 is a sweet, and wonderfully simple little half-frame camera. Set the film speed, and you're ready to go. A red-flag stops you from taking under-exposed images. That's all there is too it. There's a hotshoe for a flash that I will, almost certainly, never use.
It's tiny too. Truly palm-of-your-hand.
There's a roll of B&W in there, which will yield 48[2] frames. I'll aim to shoot and process these swiftly.
